In view of the risk of electricity bill recovery, Yunnan Power Grid Company will strengthen enterprise credit management, closely track the economic situation, product price changes of electricity enterprises, and flexibly take the form of multiple meter reading and pre-collection of electricity bills to reduce the risk of electricity bills. Secondly, the promotion of cost control and remote power shutdown and resumption functions, the use of technical means to control the risk of electricity charges, put an end to new arrears, minimize the arrears of electricity charges, to ensure that the year-end electricity charges "particles return to the warehouse".
In order to continuously improve the power supply capacity, Yunnan Power Grid Company will strengthen the construction and operation of the main network in 2019, build a strong power grid frame, and effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of the large power grid. At the same time, actively promote a new round of rural power network transformation and upgrading, speed up the construction of distribution network, rectify the problems of long power supply radius, heavy line load, frequent power outages and low voltage of distribution network, so as to ensure that there will be no incidents of increasing supply and sales due to limited industry expansion. It is reported that in 2019, hydropower aluminum and hydropower silicon are the main growth points of Yunnan power grid. Yunnan Power Grid Corporation will track the progress of the project in a timely manner, strengthen communication with relevant local government departments and industrial parks, and timely understand the progress of projects with a reported capacity of more than 1 MW, enterprise production plans and capacity increase demands to help enterprises expand production. Focus on key areas such as electric boilers, heat pumps, electric flue-cured tobacco, electric kilns, etc., combined with the characteristics of regional and industrial energy use, promote the work of "electric energy substitution" according to local conditions, and vigorously carry out "electricity instead of coal, electricity instead of oil, and electricity instead of firewood". Efforts will be made to increase the proportion of electric energy in terminal energy consumption and further increase the proportion of clean energy in electricity consumption. In combination with the measures taken by Yunnan Province to promote the consumption of new energy vehicles, we will vigorously promote the construction of electric energy substitution and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, promote the comprehensive utilization of energy, and ensure that 3.1 billion kwh of electric energy will be replaced by electric energy in 2019.
